Zero Moon is a fan character designed by Anthony9.com. He is a Cybernetic/Conduit/Bioterrorist hybrid, who can control neon, glass, and oil.
Good Karma/Evil Karma[]
As part Conduit/Bioterrorist, Zero Moon has the choice of Good or Evil Karma. As Good Karma, he can create Neon attacks that are in colors Dark Teal, Mint Green, and grey. He can access weapons without draining their Ammo/Dexterity. As Evil Karma, he can create Neon attacks that are in colors Blood Red, Carnation Pink, and Grey. He can access weapons without draining their Ammo/Dexterity.
Personality[]
Zero Moon is cocky, usually ill-tempered and even if he is good or evil, he shows he is serious and he may smile at times. His acrobatics are considered a combination of various styles. Also, because he is part cybernetic, he has a connection to all types of machinery, like his cybernetic appendages, which support him in battle and are quite a part of his emotions, body and mind. Themselves, have their own control like communicating to him from his consciousness.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Neon-Zero Moon's main power is his ability to snag Neon from all sources. This power allows him to channel and manipulate it to his desire. He can create various creations to support him in battle, such as Neon Infernos, Neon Arrows and Neon Boosts.
- Glass-Zero Moon has the power to snag Glass from all sources. This is one of the various types of additional powers he obtains after developing them from a vast supply of power from Glass drives. He can create various creations to support him in battle, such as Glass Shells, Glass Tails and Glass Arrows.
- Oil-Zero Moon has the power to snag Oil from all sources. This is one of the various types of additional powers he obtains after developing them from a vast supply of power from Oil Drives. He can create various creations to support him in battle, though only Oil Splashes.
- Power Reversal- Zero Moon also has the main power to reverse all powers from many types of enemies, such as Conduits, Super Soldiers, etc. He can also gain additional supply of power for his Neon, Glass and Oil powers.
